Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time

Because all of our apparel is printed on demand specifically for you, orders typically require 2 to 5 business days for production before they ship.

During peak holiday seasons, production times may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been printed and dispatched.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has completed production and left the printing facility, estimated shipping times are as follows:

• Domestic Shipping: 3–6 business days

• International Shipping: 6–15 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and do not include the 2–5 days required for production.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

Customs, Taxes, & Import Duties (For International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your local government or customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check around your residence, confirm the delivery address on your receipt, and check with neighbors.

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at kenithbellington@gmail.com with your order number, and we will assist you right away!
